So, with that in mind, the portion sizes of this meal plan are not going to be the same for everyone! If you need more - absolutely serve up some extra and add in some snacks as needed!

I've included 4 x meal plans (2 are vegetarian). Feel free to mix it up, make some of your own meals outside of these & have fun with it. Eat more if you need more, ALWAYS.
