Banana Coconut Protein Bars

When I'm not stocking up on Larabars from Amazon, these are a go-to for everything from winter walks to ski touring days. 

Banana Coconut Protein Bars

12 servings; 20 minutes 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 Banana (mashed)
  • 1 1/4 cups Oats
  • 2/3 cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
  • 1/3 cup Raw Honey
  • 1/3 cup Almond Butter
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup Protein Powder

Directions: 

  1. Preheat oven to 350F 
  2. Place all ingredients together in a bowl and mix well with a spatula. 
  3. Pack mixture firmly down into a pan. 
  4. Bake for 15 mins. Remove and let cool for 30 mins. 
  5. When cool, cut into bars. Store in an air-tight container or wrap them individually and throw them in the fridge or freezer for an easy grab-and-go snack.
